We use specialized insulated packaging and eco-friendly cooling packs to ensure your items arrive fresh. Orders are shipped via expedited carbon-neutral couriers to minimize transit time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Due to varying food safety regulations, we are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
