Skipjack Wild Tuna

The first sustainably caught skipjack tuna on the market, our hand-cut and hand-packed tuna steaks are cooked directly in the can just once to retain their natural juices, Omega-3 oils and a firm texture. Each can contains only tuna steak seasoned with a touch of sea salt and no added water or oil so there is nothing to drain. The natural juices enhance the flavor allowing you to experience the delicious, big flavor of this pristine, light tuna. Each 3oz serving contains 20g of protein and an average of 374mg EPA and DHA Omega-3s.

Ingredients: Skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) and sea salt

Fishing method: pole & line or troll caught methods. Nets are never used to catch our tuna. Skipjack is one of the tuna species lowest in mercury.

Harvest Location: North Pacific Ocean, working with fleets in Japan; Central Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean, working with small-scale family fishing vessels in Indonesia and the Maldives
